Mayday! We Were About to Make a Scene!!

But we couldn't stand pretending... Kekekeke!

* Pics taken from Lidtje's blog

Observe & Share! :)

Let me recapitulate. Moving in to the new office since 2 months ago. Stress and strain, yet I have SOOO MUCHHH lessons learned here. Hmm... Tears, once. *hehehehe!* Laughs, all the time. Partying. Shopping. Lunch. Dinner. And voila, I want to share about my new office a bit.

My new office is great.

Well, for me it is a little bit less homey than the former one, but an office is an office, right. Given some time, I think I could make it more comfy. Like putting a homey yellow lamp on my desk, perhaps?

I must admit that cubical is more.... private... :( *Suddenly miss my old BIG PRIVATE cubical!* hehehehe!

But, I think... I'll know... that in love and get connected to something new doesn't come easily... So, I'll be patient! ;)

Hell yeah, Dentsu Strat!

I Always Hate Good-Byes! :'(

I got this message and almost shed a tear, when I read it.. :'((..
I will miss you, teteh.... Good luck... :)

My lovely dear sister,

While I am gone,please:

Pretend that I'm still in Jakarta, I just too busy to meet you..
And you also occupied with stuff.

Please leave a blank spot on every pictures that you will take on our family event (Ied day, Christmas, Nothing to celebrate day..) so my picture can be inserted somehow.

Remind me about relatives birthday..
You know how miserable we are on numbers and it even worst because I don't have the lovely calendar that stick with the magnet in my refrigerator.

If there's good news or even bad news, included gossip.
Be kind to tell me!! Before it goes to be a fact.

If my parents are hyper about anything, please forgive them..
It's just because they miss me and try to find something to blame.

If you see/meet/hear that my man seeing another girl, text me asap. So that I can do something wild before he call and beg for an apologize.. You know I will and It will look not classy to do the exact revenge...

I love sis'..

Facebook.. Morally Naive?

Are you on Facebook?

Are you frolicking in its furtile meadows...poking all and sundry and LOLing to your heart's content?
Has Facebook become part of your identity?

Think about it.
You post amusing or clever videos on friends walls - to make yourself look funny and interesting.
You put up pictures of yourself (presumably flattering ones) to impress.
You collect friends (as many as possible) to look popular.

It's how you network - stay in touch - make your mark on the virtual (and real) world.
It's how people get to know you.

Well, the very identity you are building, is under threat.

Check out how easily the Beeb created an application on Facebook that can steal your identity.
Big Brother is not only watching you.... he's becoming you.

So why - god damn it - do I still heart Facebook?!

*been thinking about a guy who'll never have a facebook account... damn! :) gud reason u have there....*

What Does a Woman Want?

A husband and wife are sitting quietly in bed reading when the wife looks over at him and asks the question....

WIFE: "What would you do if I died? Would you get married again?"

HUSBAND: "Definitely not!"

WIFE: "Why not? Don't you like being married?"

HUSBAND: "Of course I do."

WIFE: "Then why wouldn't you remarry?"

HUSBAND: "Okay, okay, I'd get married again."

WIFE: "You would?" (with a hurt look)

HUSBAND: (makes audible groan)

WIFE: "Would you live in our house?"

HUSBAND: "Sure, it's a great house."

WIFE: "Would you sleep with her in our bed?"

HUSBAND: "Where else would we sleep?"

WIFE: "Would you let her drive my car?"

HUSBAND: "Probably, it is almost new."

WIFE: "Would you replace my pictures with hers?"

HUSBAND: "That would seem like the proper thing to do."

WIFE: "Would you give her my jewelry?"

HUSBAND: "No, I'm sure she'd want her own."

WIFE: "Would she use my golf clubs?"

HUSBAND: "No, she's left-handed. "

WIFE: -- silence --

HUSBAND: "sh*t."

Guys... believe me...
We don't know exactly what we want..
Deal with it... :p

Smart Niche Ad, I Guess...

I was in a spa.. Waiting for my weekly treatment.
I looked through some latest fashion magazine. And... voila! This print ad has stopping power. Well, at least for me!

Look closer, fellas.

"Dividends are a girl's best friend.", the headline said.

Being impactful in their own media buy. Finding eyes for a message about the serious work of being a successful grown-up in the most escapist medium of them all equals women's magazines. Great recipes, cool clothes, fun room makeovers, workouts I'll never do ... that makes me think about a bubble bath, not my theoretical portfolio. :p

Increasingly, women in their 20s and 30s are making more money than their partners. They're the responsibility and income hub of the household. Often, THEY ARE the household. I can't imagine this ad doesn't connect with them...

Hahah.. Great ad!

Yippie-Kay-Yayyyyyy!!!

Voila! Will be release on May 30!

I can't wait to see this movie, its just gonna be great. I hope Carrie and Big do get married she deserves it *I knoe... that's a cheesy statement I've got there*, plus what would be the point of a movie if they dont get their happy endings? I still hope they get married. Either way I know its gonna be goooooood...

Yes, it's good to see the Fab Four together again!

My ladies... Are u readyyyyy???? ^_^

Shut Up & Kiss!

Away.. Away...
And dream away...

And sleep tonight,
And sleep beside me.

I love you and I love you..
I love you in silence..

I like it, I like it..
I like it.. Your sweet eyes..

I love you and I love you..
When we're quiet..
When our eyes perfectly meet in silence...
When the world's making so much noises..
And your heartbeat's making music in my ears.

By that time,
You just should shut up...
and kiss me.

Atonement, Another Typical Movie of Mine.

I watched Atonement, I thought this was just another war-era movie. I bought because - you know - James McAvoy was in it.

But turned out... I loved it! The movie kinda reminded me of English Patient, but with more punch and 'younger' attitude. But they were both at the same tear-jerker level alright. I loved it that Atonement sometimes used non-linear story line. And I just looooooved the twist near the ending.

I do love Keira Knightley, and she performed well. Don't let me start on dear James. He was cute, endearing, passionate and well... sexy as hell!! But don't take my word for it because I'm hardly objective. But don't you just want to take him in your arms and...

Aaand I cried my eyes out. The last time I cried in a movie was when I saw "Little Miss Sunshine". So watch it. It's a chick flick with gore twists and war scene. There's something for everybody.

Directed by Joe Wright
Written by Christopher Hampton
Based on the novel by Ian McEwan

Baby, Be Mine!

Is it the time to stop uploading these pictures yet? I keep clicking these damn shoes and nothing happens!

Talk 'Team' Not 'I'

I have to admit.

Ad agencies are powered by clever groups of people who together deliver incredible results.
Fun. It Is.
Hard. Maybe.
It comes to the never-ending brainstorming. Restless arguments.

The person who has the idea generally isn't the same one who brings it to life or sells it to the client or gets it an incredible placement.

So, from now.. I think acknowledge the team when talking sucessesses will be the effective way. It shows that we're self aware, savvy and, heck, part of one of those clever groups.

At least, I'm setting myself up to be the one.
Hope I'll never lose the 'fire'.
